Newsletter and free-download sign-ups are handled through MailerLite, and purchases are handled through Stripe.

Our lawful bases are consent (we have your permission after giving you the relevant information) and legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests are collecting users’ contact details, with their consent, to deliver the digital products they asked to receive, and to keep them updated with future offerings or promotions that they have indicated may be of interest.

How long we keep information
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
Who we share information with
We use a few services to run the site, and they receive only what they need: MailerLite (your name and email, if you sign up to a list), Stripe (payment details, if you buy the Pre Game plan), Google (the reCAPTCHA spam check on sign-up forms, and Google Analytics if you accept it) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. We share your information publicly, on our website or social media, only with your consent. We do not sell your information.
