Cookie policy
Short version: the only cookies are optional analytics ones, and only if you say yes. The site also keeps a few preferences in your browser so the fun stuff remembers you.
What this site stores
This site stores a few small items in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device and are not used to track you. Fonts are hosted here too, so nothing loads from Google Fonts.
| Name | What for |
|---|---|
kos-theme | Remembers Night game (dark) or light mode. |

Third parties
- YouTube: videos only load after you press play, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. YouTube may then set cookies.
- Google reCAPTCHA: a spam check (“I’m not a robot”) that loads when you start filling in a sign-up form. Google may set cookies and collect device information to tell people from bots, under its own policy.
- MailerLite: receives your name and email if you submit a sign-up form.
- Stripe: handles checkout if you buy the Pre Game plan.
- Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Buy Me a Coffee and Google Maps open on their own sites, under their own policies.
Analytics
If you say yes in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies (see the table) and sends information such as your pages viewed, approximate location and device to Google. It only loads after you accept, and you can change your mind any time with “Cookie choices” in the footer. Choosing “No thanks” also deletes the Google Analytics cookies from this site. No advertising cookies are used. Google’s side is covered by how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
| Cookie | What for | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Tells one visitor from another, for counting visits. | 2 years |
_ga_LD15K1R6JY | Keeps track of a visit across pages. | 2 years |
Clearing your data
